Thank you for supporting my art! I take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. Please read the following shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2-5 business days of payment confirmation.

• You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

• Shipping options are available at checkout. If you would like tracking for your order, please select a shipping option that includes tracking, as tracking is not automatically included.

• Please note that I am not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once they leave my hands. Once I drop your package off at the post office or courier, it is considered delivered to the shipping carrier, and any issues after that are the responsibility of the carrier.

Shipping Address

• Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase, as I am not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If you choose a shipping method without tracking, I will be unable to assist with lost packages.

• For tracked shipments, please contact the shipping carrier directly if your package is lost or delayed. I am happy to provide the tracking number, but responsibility lies with the carrier once the package is in their possession.
